Proud to Serve San Antonio: What PT50 Means to Me and My Clients

Jennifer Anderson, PT50 San Antonio Semi-Finalist and Realtor serving military families in San Antonio

When I submitted my name for consideration in the Platinum Top 50 (PT50) San Antonio program, I did it with a mix of excitement, humility and maybe even a bit of Imposter Syndrome if I’m being honest. This week, I received the incredible news – I’ve been selected as a PT50 Semi-Finalist for 2026!

To say I’m honored is an understatement. Out of more than 13,000 agents in San Antonio, only about 200 are chosen as semi-finalists. PT50 recognizes Realtors who not only excel in sales but also stand out through community service, professionalism, and leadership in the real estate industry.

More Than Just Sales — It’s About Service

This business is not for the faint of heart. It takes long days, late nights, and a whole lot of heart. But it’s the people – my clients, my family, and my community – who make every bit of it worth it.

To my clients, thank you for trusting me with your homes, your stories, and your milestones. Whether you’re relocating to San Antonio, selling your first home, or navigating a military PCS move, your confidence in me is the foundation of everything I do.

To my husband, who balances a full-time job, military service, and still finds time to support me through late-night showings and weekend open houses – you are my biggest cheerleader and my constant reminder of why serving military families means so much to me.

And to my colleagues, friends, and local real estate community, thank you for your collaboration, encouragement, and shared passion for elevating this profession. We’re better together, and this recognition is proof of what teamwork and shared purpose can accomplish.

Grateful for a Brokerage That Gives Back

I’m proud to be part of Realty San Antonio | Compass, a brokerage that not only prioritizes professionalism and innovation but also deeply values giving back.

“Giving back to the communities we serve is the cornerstone of our culture. Our mission for safe, affordable housing in San Antonio is reflected in our commitment to volunteerism and philanthropy. Since 2010, our generous agents have volunteered over 31,000 hours, donated over $3.47 million of their commissions, and raised over $175,000 from industry partners to support affordable housing pioneers and strengthen our local community.”

That kind of impact inspires me daily. It reminds me that being a Realtor isn’t just about closing deals – it’s about building neighborhoods, supporting families, and making San Antonio a better place to call home.

Pride, Perspective, and Purpose

Being recognized as a PT50 Semi-Finalist isn’t a finish line – it’s a meaningful checkpoint on a journey of growth and service.

No matter what happens next, I’m proud to stand alongside so many incredible professionals who share a passion for our city and our clients. I’m especially grateful to serve the San Antonio military community, helping families find their next chapter with confidence and care.

To everyone who’s been part of this journey – from my clients and family to my brokerage family and admin support behind the scenes – thank you. Your belief in me allows me to do what I love every single day: solve problems, create connection, and help people find home.

Looking Ahead

As I continue to grow my business and serve this amazing city, I’m committed to:

  • Helping more military families relocate to San Antonio smoothly and successfully.
  • Continuing to educate and empower homeowners in Valley Ranch and the surrounding 78254 ZIP code.
  • Giving back to the community that has given so much to me.

If you’re buying, selling, or relocating to San Antonio – especially if you’re part of the military community – I’d love to connect. Let’s make your next move one to celebrate.
