"Jennifer’s knowledge, professionalism, and open communication made our out of state move feel far less stressful than any we’ve ever had. As a military family, we are tasked with making moves to unknown areas, often sight unseen. Jennifer is an expert in the virtual process. She made sure we were informed every step of the way, showed up to all of the in person meetings/inspections that we were unable to attend, and advocated for us in areas we didn’t even know to look for. She spent more time with us than any realtor we’ve ever worked with, and made us feel like her only priority despite her busy schedule. We will absolutely be using Jennifer in the future when we are tasked with moving again, and would highly recommend her to anyone."

"I am a first-time homeowner, and Jen got me into the perfect space! She was attentive to my preferences, receptive to feedback, and brought positivity to each interaction. I most definitely felt as though I was her only client for the duration of time we worked together. I whole-heartedly recommend Jen to anyone interested in buying, selling, or renting a home, as I could not have asked for a more fulfilling experience."

"Jennifer is an excellent realtor. She’s flexible with her time and will accommodate you however you need it to happen. She's quite knowledgeable with Texas Real Estate laws/rules and finds the slightest things that could be a potential problem with a home down the road and provides you excellent advice so you can make an informed decision. She's approachable and she's easy to talk to. She has an excellent sixth sense and the ability to address your unexpressed needs right away and with compassion. This goes hand in hand with putting her customers at ease. If you are looking for someone who will look out for you and can close I recommend that you seek her out as your next Realtor. She's Authentic."

"There aren't enough good things to say about Jennifer. From the moment that we first spoke, she was on top of everything. Within a day she was ready to take us around to see houses. She coordinated a route and viewing times of all of the houses we wanted to see. She advocated for us when we didn't even expect it. Thanks to her thoroughness and professionalism, when we thought that we had lost the house of our dreams, she spoke to the seller's agent even when she didn't have to. She knew the second that we saw our home, that was our home and did everything she could to help us get it."

I've purchased a few homes over the years but this market economy is a whole different ballgame. I was also retiring from the Army and moving from Alaska to Texas. I had a very limited timeframe to travel, find a house, submit an offer, and relocate my family. Jennifer's help and guidance was instrumental in this process. Weeks before my scheduled travel to house hunt, she provided guidance and recommendations based on my family's needs. She took the time to understand what I needed and what I thought was important. She was hard at work weeks before I was even in San Antonio. When my wife and I arrived, we quickly refined our list and started house hunting within hours of my flight landing. We made corrections to our search criteria. She offered suggestions based on her experience which ultimately led to my wife and I finding our house. I flew out the day after we found our house and she took care of the rest. She helped with scheduling inspectors, she visited the house and sent updated pictures along the way (new construction).
I, without reservation, recommend Jennifer as a Realtor if you're looking in San Antonio. We have been in our new home for about 1 month and she has still been helpful in answering questions about my warranties, contractors, and with nudging our developer with last minute things.
Thank you, Jennifer, for making our home purchase a great and smooth transition.

"She carried us through the battlefield of the real estate process like we were wounded soldiers that needed to sell their house to live. She negotiated our needs like a hostage negotiator making sure everyone got home safely. In all seriousness Jennifer made our family feel comfortable as we sold our first home. She communicated our needs and made sure we understood each step in the process. I never felt like she didn’t have our best interests in mind. We always recommend her to friends and will use her again when we come back to Texas."

Jennifer was a crucial piece of my search for a new home in San Antonio. She always was prompt in getting back to me, even in the moments when she should not have had to, such as during other trips. Before I was even able to come into the area to look at homes, she would provide video walkthroughs of potential homes, giving her genuine thoughts on the properties instead of trying to hide the nastier details. The house I eventually bought wasn't even on my radar, and she had added it at the last minute because she thought I would enjoy it (and enjoy it I did). Nothing but kindness, professionalism, and advice from her, and I will absolutely be pointing friends her way when they move to the area!

I could not have asked for a better Realtor. Jennifer was fantastic! She was so dedicated to making sure my Redbird Ranch house was sold in the short period I needed it sold. She was always there when I needed her or had any questions. She also helped me find a great realtor in the location of my new house. Jennifer went above and beyond for me. If you are buying or selling in San Antonio, you should contact no one else but Jennifer. She was the perfect Realtor.

"It was an absolute pleasure working with Jennifer. We looked at dozens of houses together within a 4 month period. Throughout the entire time Jennifer was super reliable, very responsive to emails and texts, flexible and always available to look at a house last minute. Her thorough market research and her patience made it possible to find the perfect fit for my family. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone."

"Having bought and sold homes in multiple states, we found Jennifer to be one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and thorough realtors we have ever worked with. She is a great negotiator, administrator, and most important, problem solver. I wish she had her license in multiple states so we could work with her on our other real estate needs."

"Are you looking for an incredible REALTOR® in the New Braunfels/San Antonio market? Look no further. If we could have Jen help us in every future state the Air Force sends us to, we would. Jen is unmatched in her knowledge of the challenges military families face. She helped us navigate selling our home to another family who opted to assume our VA loan, not an easy process, but a process that we didn’t have to worry about because we knew Jen was on top of everything. The level of professional photography and the stunning video she made to highlight our home I think really helped buyers see themselves living there. If you need a friendly, highly motivated, super knowledgeable and military-friendly agent, this is who you should work with."
